WFAA Spring Champs

Red Kite Field Archers hosted the WFAA Spring Championships for 2026. A Field Round (2 x14) was shot with 17 archers taking part, many using it as the last chance to practice for UKIFAC which was to be held the following week.

The weather stayed fine and dry but windy throughout the day. Some good scores were returned and the new course layout was welcomed by all.

On a side note archers congregated outside the club house to allow our resident robin to rear the week old chicks. All 5 chicks survived and have now fledged and left the nest…

Red Kite look forward to welcoming everyone to the Welsh Open which will be held on the 6th and 7th of June.
